Be interesting to see what the Canadians make of this down to earth Notts lad!

Cost me my first team spot last season after doing me over for an over and having me caught behind of the 7th ball of a tortuous over following a no ball.

Admittedly it was a green seamer and it was an overcast, humid day but he knew how to exploit it still.

Funniest moment was seeing one of our lads charge him in the late overs and having to swat one off the end of his nose just in time when Picky saw him coming.

Cue one relieved batsman and much mirth from his team-mates!  Grin

They aren't all like that, many of the grounds are park type pitches but if you roll up in a cricket t'shirt they will all be round you making your feel like a celebrity! Wink

Congrats to Picky - Don't know if he reads follow on or not!

Had 1 season at Glappy with him before he moved on - top bloke and a pleasure to be in the same side (especially after seeing what happens when he bends his back)!!!
