    I know our 3/4th XI ground is only available from 1st May to 31 Aug becoz of Footy - I think this is one problem - how do they cope in Bassetlaw?

    Hasn't Stroh and Gowland been doing well for Notts 2nds recently? I think there is a link between Notts CCC and NPL - thats where Elstone came from - is there not the same in Derbyshire?

    It hasn't always been like that, trust me - our League is growing from strength to strength and that is down to a hell of a lot of hard work from the Management Committee in raising the profile.
