Trueman wins man of the season award

Sandiacre skipper John Trueman is the first winner of the Man of the Match award for the 2001 season sponsored by BW Financial Services. The award is judged by the two umpires and is awarded for each Premier League match.

Trueman was the only one of the 62 winners to achieve six awards so he therefore takes the player of the season prize. Well done John.
