Elks announce double sponsorship deal Stanton & Awsworth Elks Cricket Club are pleased to announce a major double sponsorship deal involving two local companies. The announcement was made at the club's second ground in Awsworth at a ceremony attended by both sponsors and club officials. RED IFA, independent financial advisors, have agreed a three year sponsorship deal. They will be supplying the new club shirt, cap and jumpers. Chairman Gary Edginton told 'the follow on': "The company and the cricket club were both formed in 2004 and we hope to go from strength to strength together".
The second sponsorship deal involves the EMI Snooker Club in Ilkeston who again have agreed a three year deal with the club. Owner Marcus Pollard said he is delighted to be sponsoring the club's new tracksuits. Edginton continued: "I believe that sponsorships are a two way street, and our club is committed to supporting both our new sponsors. I must also thank all my committee for their work in securing the sponsorship deals and creating our new club".
