Specialist cricket showroom opens its doors

Cricket First, a brand new specialist cricket showroom, opens its doors on Saturday 10th December with many opening offers from the leading cricket brands. The region’s premier cricket bat maker, Charlie French has been joined by his brother Neil to help expand his thriving business. 2006 is Charlie’s fifteenth year as a bat maker and his reputation as a craftsman is far reaching, seeing him handcraft bats for some of the world’s leading players.

Charlie and Neil are moving to expanded premises in Mansfield Woodhouse and are opening a new cricket specialist showroom. Cricket First will stock the major cricketing brands in a pleasing atmosphere with real specialist advice for cricketers allowing them to get the best value for money available in the market.

New Range of Performance Clothing

The brothers have also developed a range of technical base layer clothing under the trade mark of ProSkins. The garments are manufactured in Mansfield from technical fabrics imported from USA. Their unique range of cricket specific products will be of interest to players of all ages and abilities and the reaction from the market would suggest that ProSkins clothing is the 'must have' performance wear for the new season.
