Balderton were in dire straits away at Willoughby II, chasing only 100 they were 69/9 before Russell Rose (18*) and John Griffin (12*) brought them home for an improbable victory. Ross Crombie hit the final century of the day for Plumtree III, in their win over Caythorpe IV. David Proverbs (7-19) helped Thrumpton (126) to reach the top of Division R with a win at Kimberley IV (94). 14 year old debutant Tom Haw took 4/34 away at Lowdham (237/7) but still ended up on the losing side by 89 runs.
