Cuckney Indoor Cricket Leagues - 23rd February update Well done to Thoresby Colliery on winning the Monday league. They soon dispelled any fears of a slip against Shireoaks with an awesome display of batting with 6 out of 7 batsmen retiring on the way to a record 160 for 1. The only close finish on Monday was Mansfield & Pleasley beating Chop Rabbits with Andy Stephenson, needing 4 to win off the last ball, only managing 2. The best game on Sunday was Nomads last ball victory over Thoresby Park. At one stage, Nomads lost 4 wickets in 4 balls including a fine hat trick by Paul Hulme. The champions play off should be a cracker between two fine teams. The date is still to be decided. The new leagues start next week with Walesby replacing Sherbert Dabs on Sundays and Marshalls coming in for Thoresby Colliery in the Monday league. Cuckney Indoor Cricket League - Sunday division
