Cuckney Indoor Cricket Spring League - week 4

The Sunday clash between first & second saw Whitwell triumph over Blidworth and replace them in top spot. Mondays top team also lost, Marshalls beating Glapwell in a high scoring match. Sas Swingers are now the only unbeaten side in the League after an easy 69 run victory over the Rabbits. The young Gaylords side are having a good season chalking up there second win in a row beating bottom side Shireoaks by 6 wickets.

In a very tight Sunday division with four teams on six points it's probably a good time to explain the formula for determining league placings - it's total runs scored x total wickets taken.

Eg:
Whitwell 369 runs scored x 25 wickets taken = 9225.
Blidworth 427 runs scored x 13 wickets taken = 5551.
