Mansfield and Pleasley highest score takes them to top Clowne Town's strange decision to put bottom team Cuckney Terriers in to bat could have cost them the Sunday title. They easily knocked off the 73 all out total, but robbed them of the chance of racking up their 'runs for' total. Mansfield & Pleasley took full advantage scoring a season’s top score of 160 for 6 against MGT to go top. Thoresby Park won a thrilling game with Pilsley, and Cuckney Cowboys continue to improve this week beating Ashover by 31 runs. Another record to fall was the lowest score with hapless Nomads being dismissed for 25 against Woodsetts losing by a mammoth 103 runs. Springboks won the battle of the top two on Monday edging out Thoresby Colliery by 16 runs. The records continued to fall, this time the match aggregate total as The Mafia knocked off Edwinstowes 128 total to win by 3 wickets. Tea Bags are the only team who can now match Thoresby's or Rowthorne's eight points but their runs and wickets total leaves them needing a miracle against Rowthorne Lane Silveres on the final week. Barmy Army added the Thursday title to last season's Saturday crown with a three wicket defeat of Langold. Walesby's challenge petered out as they lost a tight game with Shireoaks, and Shirebrook moved up to fourth with a six wicket win that condemned Blyth to bottom spot. The experience gained by the several juniors playing in this division can only benefit their clubs in the coming seasons. Clubs to qualify for the play-offs so far are Barmy Army, Langold and Springboks. The Sunday division still has two weeks to go and the other two places from the Monday league will be decided next week. Please note the knockout cup round one games have been changed from Friday the 9th December to Thursday the 8th December. The quarter finals are on Tuesday 20th December and the semi finals and final take place on Thursday 29th December. The play-off quarter finals are on Thursday 15th December at 6pm with the semi finals and final on Sunday 18th December, also at 6.00pm. Knock Out Cup - round 1
