Saturday league results week 5

Tea Bags 126/6 beat Barmy Army 65/7
MGT 104/6 beat Shireoaks 81/6
Cuckney Terriers 100/4 beat Renegades 63/6

MGT well deserved the Saturday mini league title beating the spirited young Shireoaks team by 23 runs. Barmy Army started strongly taking good early wickets, but a fight back down the order, and below par fielding left Tea Bags on 126 for 6, a total far out of reach of the young Barmy Army side. A respectable third place finish for Cuckney Terriers, 37 run victors over Renegades.

Cuckney Cowboys 139/5 beat Blidworth 127/1
Bawtry 112/4 beat Woodsetts 78/4

Pride of place this week goes to Bawtry who broke their league duck in b eating Woodsetts by 34 runs. The highest score of the week was Cuckney Cowboys 139/5, but Blidworth pushed them all the way to finish only 12 runs short on 127/1.
