Yorkshire and Derbyshire Cricket League - 28th May results

Stocksbridge 130 (Ant Siddall 52*, Peter Marsden 6-38), Ashford In the Water 132-7 (Julian Henson 44*) Outright win for Ashford.

All other games cancelled due to rain.

Only one survivor on what turned out to be an almost total Bank Holiday wash out in the Surridge Sport Yorkshire and Derbyshire League. Ashford beat Stocksbridge by 3 wickets. Stocksbridge were restricted to 130 with Peter Marsden helping himself to 6-38, Ant Siddall carried his bat for 52 for Stocksbridge. In reply Ashford spluttered over the line with Julian Henson 44 not out seeing them home.
